Above & Beyond Landlord - We have been renting from Jeff at Lucky Creek Properties for almost a year now, and we couldn’t be happier. He and his wife, Michele, have truly become more than landlords; they are friends who feel like family. Our experience began on day one when we arrived to find a welcome basket waiting on the counter for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and completely set them apart from any landlord I have had before. What’s more, Jeff and Michele actually assisted us with unloading our moving truck. I have never experienced such a warm and welcoming reception. Beyond the friendship we have developed, Jeff has been consistently professional and prompt. Anytime there’s an issue he is prompt and gets things done in a timely manner. They are very caring and care about their tenants.
